- Minutes for June 17, 2003 were approved as written.

- Announcements
   EIA Call for Patent Disclosure - No company declared a patent.
   IBIS 4.0 parser executables being generated for Windows and Linux.

- AR Review
AR: Bob Haller to upload minutes of June 17th.  (Done)

- Opens for new items
   Meeting schedule: return to every two weeks.

- Comments on Designcon East IBIS summit
   Feedback was that Summit went very well.  Phone-in worked well.
   PCB East summit tentatively scheduled for October; this will be
discussed at the Open Forum.

- Detailed Documentation review
          Waveform_processing.txt
	(IQ_4_5_wave_proc.txt)
   Three new documents have been posted to the web site.
   Tabled from last meeting: Discussion of Level 0, current parser
versus ideal parser.  Text now says "ibischk3".  Consensus was to say
"the latest ibischk".  IBIS file should document which version was used
to check the file.  As a result, some items have moved from Level 0 to
Level 1.
   Waveform Processing, left off at Item 5 last meeting, begin with Item
6-8, Threshold values.  Add: values should be checked against data
sheet.
   Vmeas can only be checked for IO, not Input or Output.  Sometimes see
Vmeas at Gnd or Vcc. Parser checks for buffer driving through Vmeas.
   Pulse immunity time is  normally shorter than rise or fall time.
   Item 13: Static overshoots always appear in data sheets.  Does
require Model Spec.
   s2ibis2 does not support Model Spec.
   Finish this document next week.

General discussion:
   Note that the documentation might need to be maintained by an
individual between major updates.
   It would be nice to make the Quality document available as a link or
mention it in the README file under the parser page.
   Authors need to review their documents to check their conformance
with the latest Level 0.  General Header and Component sections were
mentioned specifically.
